How Does It Work?
It's easy...
- Email photos of your bear for a free quote, this will include the waiting list time.
- Allow 2-4 weeks for restoration.
- Full payment is due within seven days from notification of restoration completed.
- Once payment has been received, we will carefully package up your bear & courier him home for you to enjoy.
- If you live local to the Kaiapoi area, handover appointments can be made by arrangement.
THINGS TO INCLUDE IN YOUR EMAIL...
Photos showing full body front & back, include damage needing repair.
Areas to consider...overall body strength, loose joints, lack of stuffing, ear positioning, eye replacement, condition of their nose & mouth, paw pads & claws, holes needing darning and cleaning required.
If you are unsure of the work required, we are happy to offer recommendations after accessing your photos.
