How Does It Work?
It's easy...
- Email for a Free Quote.
- On quote acceptance, courier your bear to us. (If you are from North Canterbury, pickup/drop off can be made by arrangement.
- Allow 2-4 weeks for restoration.
- Full payment is due within seven days from notification of restoration completed.
- Once payment has been received, we will carefully package up your bear & courier him home for you to enjoy.
THINGS TO INCLUDE IN YOUR EMAIL...
Photos of your bear showing the damage needing repair.
Areas to consider...overall body strength, loose joints, lack of stuffing, ear positioning, eye replacement, condition of their nose & mouth, paw pads & claws, holes needing darning and cleaning required.
If you are unsure of the work required, we are happy to offer recommendations after accessing your photos.
